Problems with registration process for Membership 2

  • What I expect:

    visitor goes to memberships page and chooses a membership level and clicks “sign up”
    visitor completes the registration form and submits
    visitor is redirected to the payment page (I think is also auto-logged in as part of this step)
    visitor makes payment
    visitor gets the auto email welcoming them to the site

    What’s actually happening:

    visitor goes to memberships page and chooses a membership level and clicks “sign up”
    visitor completes the registration form and submits
    visitor is auto-logged in and redirected to the memberships page (i.e., back to the list of membership levels available)
    Please help asap

    Hey there benardsha,

    How are you doing today ??

    I did a quick test and this is the registration process:

    1. Membership list, where using selects level
    2. registration form
    3. Payment gateway and payments
    4. registration complete page with link to account page
    5. optional emails based on settings

    Is your level a paid level? Did you setup payment gateways? Did you have all membership pages selected in Membership 2 -> Settings -> General?
