WP Resume Manager Form page BLANK

    WP Jobs Manager, submit form page working perfect, displaying submission form.
    WP Resume Manager submission form page is blank? Need Help.

    I installed plugin, created a page and put in short code [submit_resume_form] and blank page?
    I have also made sure that there are no extra tags around [submit_resume_form], using the type view function.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
