    Good morning,

    I have been integrating the migration to SHA-256 on my website (https://tercertiempocervezas.com). I have only changed the new SHA-256 for the old 128 one. When I make some test on sys-t mode everything is working fine, but when I enter in Production mode Im finding the following problem.

    The Redsys gateway opens properly, but a message saying “Error en datos enviados. Contacte con su comercio” appears. It also shows that the “Importe” is “0 sin asignar”, and the “Numero de pedido” is blank.

    Any idea about the possible problem here? I have been reading some posts, but I havent been able to find a solution. I also erase any other Redsys plugin of my website…

    I’ve encountered the same error today while updating a custom payment gateway.
    At last i found it was a typo mistake in the encription password.
    I hope this may help you

    Your right. A wrong secret key causes bad signature errors in Redsys gateway.

    I have checked for the code, its SIS0042. Whats the meaning?

    At the same time, Im going to check again the encription password… The first time I did a copy&paste directly, this time Im going to write it by myself.

    SIS0042: Signature sent is wrong.

    It seems you wrote a wrong secret key. Please, double check it.

    Its weird… I have checked the new secret key again, like three or four times… And its written exactly as it shows in the admin module of my bank.

    Is there any other possibility for the SIS0042 error code? Its driving me crazy.

    Hi Arnaldo.

    Are you checking the plugin in test mode? If you are testing it, try a different environment. sis-t didn’t work for me and I had to use sis-d.

    I have tried all the possibilities, and these are the results.

    Produccion not working -> SIS0042
    sis-t is working fine
    sis-d not working -> SIS0026
    sis-i not working -> SIS0026

    Ok. Then maybe you have to contact to your bank and tell them to activate your TPV. Maybe you can switch your TPV from testing to production yourself.

    Mira a ver si puedes cambiar la configuración del TPV para ponerlo en producción (desde la página de administración del TPV) o pídeselo a tu banco.
