i want Car Marketplace and Car Dealer options in one theme/website?

    Hello Dear,
    i want to create 1 simple wordpress website for car marketplace and car dealers in 1 website……on 1 domain…..

    In which from homepage people can post cars,bike,other auto ads…….featured ads…..i also want banners advertising on my website…..

    and i also want a cars dealer category on homepage,so in which only i can post car,bike,other auto ads…..no one else allowed to post ads in “car dealer” category

    i also want a page for Payment via bank or via transferring mobile balance to a number…..to get ads featured…..

    i have seen some car classifieds and car dealer themes….they are good but none of them have car classifieds and car dealer option in 1 theme….

    I want these two options in 1 theme/website?

    i want my website in Arabic and english?

    Responsive……..for all type of devices laptop,mobile,etc

    i like “Auto Trader” by Themefuse.com can you guys tell me how can i do the above things on “Auto Trader”? or on some other wordpress theme?
