If the visits are reaching your site, you can use Referer blocking on the Advanced Blocking page, on the Wordfence menu. Just skip the first few fields on the page, and enter the Referer and a reason, then click the button to block them.

If you see them in Google Analytics, but aren’t sure if they’re reaching the site, it may be a type of spam where the spammer reaches Google Analytics directly without actually visiting your site. Google doesn’t block them automatically, but there are some ways to work around it here:

Often spammer change a part of their refer address. How can I block them?

@christian: If the visits are actually reaching your site (unlike the ones in the link I posted above), then you can use Advanced Blocking, as long as there is something consistent in the referers. For example, if you have host1.badsite.com and host2.badsite.com, you can block “*.badsite.com”.
