Unique URLs for each language on Multisite installation?

    Hello Everyone,
    We need to solve it with a plugin or additional coding the following:
    In multisite mode we need for each of the sites to be available on different languages.

    If we switch from one language to another the articles should be able to create their own url as follows:

    multisiteone.com/En/How_to_train_your_dragon
    multisiteone.com/Ru/Kak_trenirovat_svoi_zmei

    That is of course an example, but it shows how it should work for the same article with Russian and English heading.
    Help?
