• I installed WPMU on my website few months ago. Everything works fine, but since yesterday i cant go to my multi sites. I checked .htaccess and I figured out what is problem. But I cant solve.

Problem is that .htaccess file changing itself to WordPress default no-multisite code for .htaccess.
I changed file permission of .htaccess to 444, but not work.

    Sorry for my bad English.

Sometimes plugins can change an .htaccess file. Take a look at possible plugins that might do that, but I don’t know of any that would make this kind of change.

Your hosting provider can sometimes also make changes…

What happens if you change the .htaccess back to the multisite configuration? Does it KEEP changing back to default?

I have been encountering the same issue on one of my sites. The .htaccess file keeps reverting back to the standard WordPress .htaccess despite what changes I attempt to make to the file permissions.

I’ve also noticed that on my site, the .htaccess file keeps being reverted to 444 permissions automatically when it is re-written.

I have reached-out to my hosting provider to see if this is something they are doing.
