I’m starting this topic since I can’t find any reliable source for this issue, every other thread related to this (and barely, since it’s for qtranslate and not the X version) is several years old. Basically, is there any way to make qTranslateX work with Buddypress 2.4.x, particularly the User Registration Fields section? I’ve been looking for a long while but aside from a handful of broken plugins, the only other solution is a paid one (WPML + Buddypress + other addons) and I don’t think it’s a fine idea since it looks very bloated, not to mention it’s a paid solution and quite expensive for what I need which is much simpler.
I’ve already worked with qTranslateX for a long while and I don’t get why this seemingly obvious functionality doesn’t seem to work. That I need is to translate the user profile fields so I can have an English and Spanish registration page, using the newly created Buddypress fields as well, but for that page it doesn’t work. If anyone has attempted and succeeded with this, please let me know. And if I have to modify something in particular, I will be glad for any guidance you can give me.

I’m using WordPresss 4.3.1 with a Multisite installation, some sites in it are supposed to be in different languages so an individual register page would be ideal.
