plugin combination – ticketting, customer area, user access customization

hello;

I have been combing through the plugins for hours but could someone recommend a combination of plugins that will provide the following functionality…

a way to customize user access types and accounts for the subscriber area, a referral information area

a medium complexity ticketing system for tracking customer email and phone inquiries and passing them on to other staff and tracking them through stages of completion

a secured subscriber or customer area where certain posts and pages are available – that has its own additional menu – that allows the status of the customers inquiry to be viewed
