Featured Images not loading properly on posts or pages

    Hello,
    I am having an issue where the featured images and images that I insert into the text on my blog posts and pages often will load, but then disappear and show an empty box with the name of the image file…. In another instance, an image I inserted into a post only seems to load a narrow sliver of the photo but never the whole thing.

    I’m working from google chrome on a macbook air…

    Any ideas?

  • Hi,

    You have enabled jetpack plugin’s photon module.
    Your images are loading from there.

    You can turn it off, if you do not want to use it.

    Currently, I am able to see your blog images without any issue.
    Perhaps all you need is to clear your browser cache.

    Uploading a image file will cause issue with Photon.
    You have to resize it on your computer.

    If you image does not show up on your site, you will have to upload another renamed copy, or Photon will forever show you the damaged copy.
