    Multisite install, All other plugins disabled… enable this plugin error occurs.

    Notice, return to PHP, is not a bug … is only a simple information!

    If you have notices visible on yout installation, WordPress bedug infrastrusture is enabled, but by default debug is not enabled, and this is a custom user action.

    If you have maked this condition, IMHO you have all requirements for assist yourself …
