Plugin update conflicts with java scripts parts of the site theme

I’m so thankful for your perfect plugin. It fits all my needs. Unfortunately I found that after the last update of the plugin, the java parts of my theme are no longer working or appearing.My blog is: https://www.estrogenat.com
This is my blog with the plugin deactivated:

What would you suggest?
