How to solve Quick redirect use jQuery? problem

    I’m using Quick redirect plugin for redirecting my old blog url to the new, It works fine but i always getting one message-
    The Use jQuery? option is turned off in the settings. In order to use NW (Open in a new window) or NF (add rel=”nofollow”) option for Quick redirect, You must have it enabled.
    So question is how to enable jQuery? for Quick redirect plugin?
