I cant type in text field

Please include a link to your Contact Form 7 form. If others here are able to understand your actual problem, they may be able and willing to offer a possible solution.

This is the site where you can see the contact form. However I have changed the field to ‘text area’ so that customers can type for now. This is the screenshot, https://prntscr.com/98xy48

However when I changed to ‘text’ as shown in this print screen, https://prntscr.com/98xyj4. However when I changed to ‘text’, the field will not work. Customers in the frontend will not be able to enter anything in that field.

I have inspected the form at the link provided. I am able to type into the Name field – I think it works fine.

But if you are only collecting the names of your users with that field, then I suggest you use the text* instead of textarea*??

If the fields does not work with text then we to need look at the cause of the problem. You may change the name field back to text so that we can look into it.

I have tried several times to refresh the page. But I cant key in anything. Is there something wrong. That is very strange.

Please clear your browser cache and try again. This could be due to a JavaScript conflict.

@gabrielhusig, you could build another form on a different page to replicate and troubleshoot this issue.

As @davemerit suggested, you should clear your cache. You could also try using a different browser to see if the issue persists.
