Live email notifications on form submissions not working

I have just installed FormCraft Basic and created a form. During test I can see the form submission in the dashboard but am not receiving a live email notification?
FormCraft Basic Version 1.0.5
WordPress 4.3.1 running Hero 1.1.4 theme.Regards,
