They disappear options

    Looks like something is causing an error. Please enable debug mode by adding the following to your wp-config.php:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);
define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

    If you then refresh the page and post back your generated logs, I should be able to point you in the right direction.

    Thank you!. I did what you recommended and all I told you before … but no change (!!). Finally from the menu I clicked on “trash” in the title troubled “Download PDF Format 01” and everything started to go well (??).
    Something very strange, but I go a couple of days that I’m fighting with “strange things” throughout the computer field (whether online or not).
    Anyway, I do not think it’s the only … :-p
