plugging to enable viewers submit articles

    I’ll be very brief. I need a plugging with this features

    1. viewers can submit articles to admin which would then be held for approval
    2. Just as they submit, an author profile would be created for any viewer that submits an article. he automatically becomes an author with access to his author profile.

    is there a Plugging with this features out there?
