Error and high resource use

    I’m getting high resource usage, on investigating I found this error in WP:
    All-in-One Event Calendar:
    The add-on “All-in-One Event Calendar Frontend Submissions by Time.ly” has been disabled due to an error:
    Failure in All-in-One Event Calendar core:
    Unable to resolve class for “captcha.service”

    All-in-One Event Calendar plugin updates had not been working but are now so everything is now latest version.

    Is it safe to re-activate?
