Aus Post Shipping Calculator – Help!

I’m trying to add an Australia post API calculator to my woocommerce checkout.
Through Aus Post I am directed to this page for the domestic shipping : https://developers.auspost.com.au/apis/pac/tutorial/domestic-parcel
and this page for international shipping :
https://developers.auspost.com.au/apis/pac/tutorial/international-parcelI look at this and can understand nothing about how to set it up on my site.
I’ve trying to find an easier way to do this. The other options I’ve come across are woothemes aus post plugin which will cost $80!!
OR
WordPress plugin : Australia Post WooCommerce Extension, which i have discovered doesn’t calculate the correct costs. I have check addresses through the aus post website to crosscheck.
Can anyone give me any advice on setting up shipping from Perth, Australia. Should I download the woothemes plugin and just cop the bill?
