Back to Top button missing

Firstly, I want to say that I love what your doing with this plugin, and I wanted to thank you for your amazing contribution.

I thought you may like to know about a bug I ran into… The “back to top” button was working fine with a phone number added, until I activated the other features. Once I enabled the map and email links, it simply disappeared.

I tried clearing the other fields and redacted, disabled and re-enabled the “back to top” option, but nothing seems to work. It’s just gone.

I wish I knew how to write and submit a by fix, but maybe you can fix this?
