Adding a select box to the appointment form

Hey pankalkulator,

How are you doing today?

Premium version of the plugin does have Additional fields add on that allows you to add more fields into the confirmation box but it doesn’t have select box, it only has checkbox and input field.

So unfortunately this is not possible out of the box with the current version of the plugin, something like this would have to be custom coded.
