query.php fatal error

    I just upgraded two sites to 2.3.2 and while the one site is running fine, the other site is giving me

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class wp_query in /home/kemark9/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/query.php on line 295

    and cannot be accessed at all.

    Can someone help me resolve this?
