Old posts from database not pulling into upgrade of WP

  • I upgraded to WP2.3.2 and after some struggles have the site working. I don’t know if I did something wrong with the installation php, but my old posts didn’t pull in. They are IN the database, but not on the site.

    I’ve double checked the php-config file and it’s got all the right stuff in it, but no posts.

    Do I have to reinstall WP (again!) in order to sort this out, or is there another way?

    tried reinstalling WP – no success. Tried restoring to a new database and pointing wp_config to that db — no success.

    I’m out of ideas!
