Not able to install using mobile

    Could you let me know what happens when you go to Plugins > Add New in your dashboard, and try to install Jetpack from there? Do you get an error message?

    It turns white and hangs

    That white page might be a Fatal error, also known as a White Screen of Death.

    Could you check your server error logs around the time when you experienced the issue, to find out more about the error?

    If you don’t know how to access your server error logs, your hosting provider should be able to help.

    Let me know how it goes.
