"/?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments" causing major slowdown for site speed

I’ve been doing some speed tests through Pingdom and I’ve noticed multiple times that the following string (https://leavealeaf.ca/?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments) is causing some major lag. See screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/2Fge1vh7.pngHow can this be corrected?
