Facebook counter shows zero

The facebook counter on our site shows zero likes for our facebook page. I’ve read through the posts from others who have had this problem before. I’ve tried clearing the cache, re-entering the facebook data in the settings, etc. I even tried unstalling/reinstalling the plugin. It stays on zero whether I use the slug (meanderbugtribe) or the id (567067800038107).

Help, please. ??
