Use different theme's page builder on one page (Elegant themes Divi)

    The Admin side of WordPress doesn’t respond to theme selection. So it works with the resources assigned to whatever the main or dominant theme is. You might need to swap your theme choices and then, possibly, the page builder will work.

    Alternatively, their page builder plugin (which Elegant Themes says will work in all themes) might be something to try.
