can't import using csv upload

I’m having trouble importing using the csv import.

I created a table in phpmyadmin which is the wp_needsearch – here’s a screenshot of the table structure – https://sixdegreesdigitalmedia.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/table.png

And this is the csv file I need to import https://sixdegreesdigitalmedia.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/need-csv.png

I followed the steps you provided and here’s what I chose for the option –

the thing is I can’t import the csv file and it keeps me giving errors –

I checked my csv file and columns are right and also I tried populating it with another csv file without any duplicate entry but still can’t.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
