Delay the jobs display

You’d need a custom query for this.

For all but logged in users (https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/is_user_logged_in) with permission (see functions inside WooCommerce Memberships) you would need to filer on the query here with a custom function:

You can use date parameters on this:
https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Class_Reference/WP_Query#Date_Parameters

So possible but you might need a dev to build it if you cannot piece everything together.
