Displaying Values in Quote Request Plugin

Hey Sark,
I recently asked for help with displaying the information on a quote request plugin but I asked for the wrong thing, sorry! What I need is to display the value the user entered, I accidentally asked for the fields. So if I have a text field for “Number of Shelves” on a product and the user enters 5 I’d like it to display 5 with the rest of the product options as it would in the card, not the field itself, that’s my mistake. Thanks again!
