cannot setup security questions

When I try and create the 3 security questions, I get the following
“Error occured while saving your kba details. Please try again.” I have tried it multiple times and I have emptied cache and tried it and still the same problem.https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/miniorange-2-factor-authentication/
