Image between "Life" and "Entertainment"

I am slowly adding my content to the different categories but for some reason the default photo between Featured Block Three Category ( 5 Column Block ) and Featured Block Four ( Excerpt Posts ) disappeared. I had set my own categories for each block without having any content in all of them and then to work it visually step by step, I went back to the default but that one image isn’t there. Which was okay, but now I don’t know how to set my own image in that spot.

How can I set an image between those two blocks like it was when I installed the theme?
