How to set feature image inside content right-side as a medium size by default

Hi,

We have explored customizr theme and we noticed that you can set feature image before title or after title but it doesn’t look good to me.

What we want is to set feature image by default into content right-side by setting medium size image.

Current we need to do it manually, We need to add image into feature and content separetly, which we feel waste of time. Is there any way where we can define where to set the feature image into content by default. For example: After 1st paragraph right-side medium image or before 1st paragraph right-size medium image.

We are eagerly waiting for the solution for this. Can you assist us.
