Fashionistas-child’s first page heading: font weight differs from the original

I created fashionistas-child theme. And I tested to modify css and it works. But.

First problem:

Now there are only the original css and functions files which the Child Theme Configurator created. I took all my changes away because there (or in my head) is some kind of basic simple mistake which I do not understand. That is why I cannot continue exercising to modify theme.

The problem is:
Fashionistas-child’s first page heading is different than in the original fashionistas: with bolder font and when hovering: underlined and blue + all subpages are also different than in original fashionistas: the weight of the heading is ok but when hovering: underlined and blue.

Also some other things are different. Here is the picture which shows the differences:

Another problem:

The red square area in the picture:
If I load a logo so the heading of the site will not be visible. But I wish to see there all three: heading and underneath it a photo and a calendar.
