In browser photoshop style image editing for visitors

  • i am working on a website and would like to know if there is a plugin (either free or premium) that would allow a couple of functions.

    1: a user can upload and edit a photo or image
    2: a user can click a link or button and the image gets emailed to the site owner.

    The company is a graphics design company who would like this type of functionality.
    I would like to have all this done in a browser window. Any help or direction would be appreciated.
