  • It may be a plugin conflict. Can you test the latest development version and see how it goes? You can find it here: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp.zip

Is this a plugin and which file exactly to I upload into my wordpress?

Ok I tried to upload it to my wordpress and it keeps failing.

You can do a manual update:

    1. Deactivate the plugin
    2. Download the latest version: https://downloads.www.ads-software.com/plugin/google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp.zip
    3. Unzip the above
    4. Copy the new files into wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp
    5. Activate the plugin

Or unintall the plugin and install the downloaded file.

You’re probably getting an error because you’re trying to install the plugin without unintalling it first.

Ok… I have both google analytics and better analytics plugins which up to this point were both working fine. When I disable one, the other works and vice-versa. They were both working fine together up to a few days ago. I’d like to know why all of a sudden I can’t use both?? Hoping you can help me get this resolved.

Hello? Do you have any feedback on my last reply?

Hi, I’ve tested it with both installed and I can’t replicate the issue.

The error could be generated because of using the same Charts Library and loading them in two different ways, but as long as I can’t replicate it I can’t give a solution.

You could disable all other plugins and see if they work together. It may be a third plugin interfering in the process or something.
