    Hi jenglish!

    It seems like you are using WordPress 4.4 in which this shortcode doesn’t work anymore.

    Use [usr 5 text=”false”]

    Our plugin stopped working this week. My guess is it happened after we upgraded to WordPress 4.9.1.1. It’s just showing the text instead of the stars.

    I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. Didn’t fix.

    Hi GoLocalApps,

    thanks for your post. It would help to not use older posts with a different error description.

    I think you use WordPress 4.4 because 4.9 doesn’t exist.

    Did you already try to change the short code? Since WordPress doesn’t support the old ones anymore I had to change them.
