Error in /wp-includes/plugin.php on line 503 ??

Hello,

with out i do something is appears this massage:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘create_post_type_html5’ not found or invalid function name in /home/immcogra/public_html/ingenious/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 503

Could be the problem is in some plug-in or in the theme (i use html5blank), but i can not log-in for try to change something.
