Undefined variable: protocol

    Hi,

    I just installed WP Super Cache in my site and it seems to be working fine, but while I was looking at the error log I found the message below. It appears quite often:

    Undefined variable: protocol in /var/www/scc/web/app/plugins/wp-super-cache/wp-cache-phase1.php on line 583

    Apparently the $protocol variable is undefined. This is not breaking the site and, as I said, the cache is working fine, but maybe you should fix this little bug.

    I’m using WP Super Cache 1.4.6, PHP 5.5.9, nginx 1.4.6.
