Browser Network Error after Form Submit

    Hi

    I don’t know if this is related to the latest WP or Nijaforms update. Both has been updated at the same time (yesterday).

    Anyhow after submitting a form the error message below occurs in the Browser. Error below is from Chrome:

    Network Error (tcp_error)
    A communication error occurred: “”
    The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
    For assistance, contact your network support team.

    The form data is submitted and also the corresponding e-mail action has been sent out but the error message above is shown. Refreshing the webpage or navigating back returns to the actual WP page

    What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
