How to get all group-forums of specific buddypress user?

Really nice work, and I even can not image that this is your work year ago, thanks so much.
for now, my question is how to get all groups-forums of a specific buddypress user if an user created several groups with individual forums.
I believe this issue would become more and more outstanding, since Buddypress and bbpress are integrated more and more seamlessly, any comment and suggestion would be highly appreciated, thanks a lot, and have a nice day.
