• Hi
We are having issues with users not being able to access our site after they visit and login.

The user will return to the site and get a “No data received” error

    ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

If the user deletes the WordPress_logged_in cookie everything functions normally again.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Are you using any caching plugins or security plugins?

    Hi,
We are using iThemes Security Pro. But I contacted them and they said it wasn’t their plugin. I also disabled the plugin and the error still happens.

WooThemes support is suggesting that it could be memory limit on the server, but we have set that to 128Mb.

I had also read that post before. Thank you.

    Any other suggestions?

I did some Googling, and some users who’ve had this issue in the past have reported that regenerating the htaccess file some times fixes it (some rules are doing weird things to users based on plugins and hosting environments etc)

    Hello
I had the same issue, and after digging out into problem, i found a fixed. I tried to download WP-Login.Php from my hosted website. but my antivirus deleted it. found this file is infected by Backdoor: PHP/Small.M

So i simply deleted this file from my installed wordpress website. replaced a fresh copy of wp-login.php. you can download from www.ads-software.com. it is better you have the same version.
logged back in and it worked fine.

For Godaddy.com hosting users, i personally recommend, that please do not install WordPress through Godaddy’s Setup or Installatron. They Plugin their own hooks i guess.
get some time, and install it through FTP, creat Custom Databases and etc.
hope it will help you guys.
    Thanks

Thanks for your help Yousaf I did a compare of my wp-login.php and the latest version and its the same.

I think its an issue with the server… I am testing out some other servers to see if I get the same problem.

If I resolve it I will let you know.

    Thanks
