It says it’s installed, but what do I do next

I installed WordPress from the scripting and add-ons section in my web host’s control panel. I see it listed in the File Manager, but I’m a real greenhorn and 99.9 percent of this computer stuff goes right over my head.
I’m not sure I’m explaining this right, but basically how do I access/use/get it to my web site/page after it’s installed? Basically, how do I add this application/software to the actual page?
