Autolinking terms in posts

    I need a hack/plugin which will autolink some exact words/terms in my posts. For example, I’ve a glossary page with some special terms and their meanings. And when I use that terms in my posts, I put a link to that page. Now I want a script which will automatically autolinks that specific(defined)terms in any posts to that glossary page.

    Is it possible?

    Actually I’ve tried SM Linker with a tiny modifications and it’s working fine for me.

    Harknell, lemme know if your plugin is ready ??
