Total Cost Calculator

I have searched for hours and cannot find the total cost plugin I need. I need a plugin that has an input of only monthly payments, years of loan and interest rate and gives the total cost of the loan. Everything I have looked at needs the original loan amount, not what I want. I need it calculated on just the three items I have stated.

Does anyone have an idea where I can get a plugin like this?
