Pre-Path not working

HI,
i have a problem with Pre-Path not working.
On my website instead of https://www.marianamegre.com/about/es I have https://www.marianamegre.com/es/about/ and this is annoying because makes custom links not to work.
I tried disabling plugins, permalinks but nothing…Please help!
