    Hi,

    Please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution.

    1) Try activating a standard WP theme for a while (2014, 2015) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Try deactivating all of your plugins except Google AdSense and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, please activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.

    4) Let us know about the results.

    I am using 2015 theme with no changes.

    I am using the Jetpack by WordPress.com plugin and if I enable the comments using the jetpack plugin the ad does not display. If I disable the jetpack comments, the ad displays properly.

    I sent the system status via the send to support button in your settings.

    Have the ad displaying now and will keep the jetpack comments disabled.

    Unfortunately, if you’re using Jetpack comments the ads won’t be displayed, since our plugin functionality provides a compatibility only with a standard comments form. But we’ll consider this, and we deem it necessary, we’ll add the compatibility with Jetpack comments in future plugin update.
