rating voting in comment, but summary in post body

I have been trying to work out to have blog postings allow a 1-5 star rating in each comment line and then have the average/number of votes rich snippet in the body of the post/page.
Is this possible with polldaddy?
I have the blog post and page showing the 1-5 star rating widget where you can rate on the fly on each page, but I wanted to allow users to rate on each comment they leave ?
