Hi, I get the following message when I try to click on:

    Edit Product List
    Edit Bug Statuses
    Edit Bug Types
    Edit Bug Priorities

“You are not allowed to manage these items.”

I can access all the other items. I am Admin (Super Admin actually)

It’s installed on WordPress 4.4, multisite (but installed on the one install, not network install), Twenty Sixteen Theme (doesn’t work on Twenty Fifteen Either) and no other plugins. So Just WordPress Default theme, and your plugin only.

I tried changing the level to edit thing to just subscriber, etc.. no change.

    Thanks!
    Charles

Seems they changed something in 4.4 that caused this issue. I have just pushed out an update to fix this.

I’m also seeing this error as network admin. Do you know when the fix will be available?

Alex, are you sure that you are running the latest version, 1.4.2? The ‘Edit Product List’, ‘Edit Bug Statuses’ and other menus for categories have been replaced with ‘Products’, ‘Bug Status’, etc… in latest version. I just loaded it up on WP 4.4.1 and all menu items worked correctly.

Please confirm version number and the labels of menus items that you are clicking on. A screenshow showing the link you are clicking could also be helpful.

Apologies, ignore my previous message – have no idea how but I posted this on entirely the wrong plugin support page! Oops – sorry.
