Issue with sending to admin email

I am having an issue where the plugin is not sending the admin registration confirmation to the correct admin email.

I am also using multiple admin emails plugin. However SB is not sending to the correct one even if i disable that plugin and add a new email into Settings.

It seems to continue to use the same email (user id 1) which also happened to have installed the plugin.

Any fixes or a way to make it send to multiple admins?
